These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of Bali Privilege Club membership, the Bali Privilege Club website at https://baliprivilegesclub.com/ (the "Website"), and any physical or digital membership card issued by us.
By purchasing, activating or using a membership, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.

In these Terms, "Bali Privilege Club", "we", "us" and "our" refer to PT BALI PRIVILEGE SATU.
2. What the membership provides
Bali Privilege Club is a paid membership programme. A valid membership gives the named member the right to request member discounts, benefits or other privileges offered by participating independent businesses shown in the current partner catalogue on the Website.
The membership is not a bank card, payment instrument, stored-value product, gift card or insurance product. It does not contain money and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The membership may be issued as:
- a physical membership card;
- a digital membership card, QR code or membership credential; or
- both, where stated in the offer purchased.
Both formats represent the same personal membership right unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise.
3. Price, term and activation
The standard membership price is USD 20 for one month, or the equivalent amount in another currency displayed before payment. The final price, currency, applicable taxes and any delivery fee will be shown before the order is confirmed.
The membership term begins at the activation time stated in the order confirmation:
- for a digital membership, normally when the digital card or access credential is issued;
- for a physical card delivered to the member, normally when the card is delivered and activated; or
- for self-pickup, normally when the card is collected and activated.
The exact activation and expiry dates shown in the member's confirmation or membership record take priority.
Membership does not renew automatically unless an automatic renewal option is clearly disclosed and separately accepted before purchase. If no such notice appears at checkout, a new purchase is required after expiry.
4. How to use the membership
The member must:
- check the current offer and any partner-specific conditions before visiting or booking;
- present a valid membership before ordering, booking or paying;
- provide reasonable proof of identity if requested to confirm that the membership belongs to the person using it; and
- pay the partner directly for the partner's goods or services unless expressly stated otherwise.
Discounts are calculated by the partner under the conditions displayed in its listing. A privilege may be subject to exclusions, dates, opening hours, availability, minimum spend, booking requirements, eligible products or services, or a rule that it cannot be combined with another promotion.
Unless the partner expressly agrees otherwise, a discount cannot be applied retroactively after the bill has been issued or paid.
5. Personal and non-transferable membership
Membership is personal to the named member and may not be sold, rented, copied, shared or transferred. Screenshots, duplicated QR codes, altered cards and use by another person may be rejected.
We may temporarily suspend a membership while we reasonably investigate suspected fraud, duplication, resale or material misuse. We will provide the member with an opportunity to explain the situation and will restore access where the concern is resolved. Any suspension or termination will not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Participating partners
Participating partners are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or branches of PT BALI PRIVILEGE SATU.
Partners are responsible for their own goods and services, including quality, safety, availability, pricing, reservations, licences, fulfilment and compliance with applicable law. A member's purchase from a partner creates a separate transaction between the member and that partner.
We are responsible for providing the Bali Privilege Club membership as described. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the catalogue and privilege information accurate and to help resolve membership-related complaints.
Partners and offers may change during a membership term. Where a listed privilege is unavailable, please contact support. We will investigate and, where required by law or appropriate in the circumstances, provide a correction, replacement, extension, refund or another reasonable remedy.
Membership does not guarantee any particular amount of savings, the availability of a particular partner, or acceptance where the member has not followed the disclosed conditions.
7. Delivery and collection of physical cards
Available delivery areas, estimated timing, delivery fees and pickup locations will be shown before the order is confirmed or agreed with the member.
The member is responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, telephone number, address and access instructions. If delivery cannot be completed because the information provided is incorrect or access is unavailable, an additional reasonable delivery charge may apply.
Risk of loss of a physical card passes to the member only after it is delivered to the member or to the delivery location authorised by the member, including a hotel, villa or reception desk.
If a card arrives damaged, is incorrect or is not delivered as agreed, contact us promptly so that we can replace it or provide another remedy under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
8. Lost cards and compromised digital access
Tell us promptly if a physical card is lost or a digital credential may have been copied or compromised. We may deactivate the affected credential and issue a replacement after reasonable identity and purchase verification. A reasonable replacement or delivery cost may apply where the loss was not caused by us.
9. Refunds and cancellation
Change-of-mind refunds and mandatory remedies are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In summary, an unused membership may be cancelled for a change of mind within 48 hours after payment. After that voluntary period, change-of-mind refunds are normally unavailable. This does not limit any right to a refund, replacement, correction or other remedy required by Indonesian law, including where membership access is not supplied, is defective, is materially different from the purchased offer or was charged incorrectly.
10. Website use and intellectual property
The Website, Bali Privilege Club name, branding, card design, text, graphics, software and original content are owned by or licensed to PT BALI PRIVILEGE SATU and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may use the Website and membership only for lawful personal purposes. You may not:
- interfere with the Website or attempt unauthorised access;
- scrape or systematically copy the partner catalogue without permission;
- reproduce or commercially exploit our content, branding or membership credentials;
- submit false information, impersonate another person or misuse a partner offer; or
- use the Website or membership in violation of applicable law.
Partner names, trademarks, images and content remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Communications
We may send transactional messages needed to process an order, deliver or activate a card, provide support, prevent fraud, and communicate important service or legal changes.
Marketing messages are sent only where permitted by law and may be stopped at any time by using the unsubscribe method provided or contacting us.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Indonesian law.
To the extent permitted by law:
- we are not responsible for a partner's independent acts, omissions, goods or services;
- we are not responsible for failure to obtain a privilege where the member did not present a valid membership at the required time or did not comply with clearly disclosed conditions; and
- we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the membership was purchased.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by our fault, failure to provide the purchased membership, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
13. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please send complaints to:
- Email: baliprivilegeclub@gmail.com
- WhatsApp: +62 853-3808-8701
- Postal address: PT BALI PRIVILEGE SATU, Jalan Bumbak, Banjar Anyar, Umalas, Kerobokan Kelod, Kuta Utara, Badung Regency, Bali 80361, Indonesia
Include your name, order or membership number, contact details and a clear description of the issue. We will acknowledge and investigate the complaint within a reasonable time.
We encourage both parties to attempt a good-faith resolution first. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the consumer may use any available consumer dispute settlement body (BPSK), competent court or other remedy available under Indonesian law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of any mandatory protection that applies to them.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, partners, technology or law. The latest version and effective date will be posted on the Website.
Changes will apply prospectively. Material changes affecting an active paid membership will be communicated where reasonably possible and will not remove rights already accrued or rights protected by law.
16. Severability and no waiver
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
17. Language
These Terms should be made available in Bahasa Indonesia and English. If the published versions differ, the Bahasa Indonesia version will prevail to the extent permitted by law, unless another language is expressly agreed in accordance with Indonesian law.
18. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to baliprivilegeclub@gmail.com or WhatsApp +62 853-3808-8701.
