Monkey Forest is more than a place to photograph macaques. It is a large green sanctuary of old temples, stone statues, bridges, streams and giant trees that can feel like a lost-city film set.
The monkeys are the hosts. They know exactly where visitors keep phones, glasses and other interesting objects, so follow the park rules and do not tease them.
